No pestiside used, Picked early spring of 2021 (First flush)

Single origin / Okumidori caltiver is used. This tea has rich Umami taste but its lighter than Gyokuro. Tea plants have grown under shade for 10 days at early spring. The leaves are dark green and sweet aroma. I recommend to cool down the boiling water until 60℃ so that you can enjoy amazing Umami (broth-like taste). However, I also like to steep with hotter water when I want to be refresh!
