No pesticide used, Picked early spring of 2023 (First flush)

Single origin / Okumidori cultivar is used. This tea has a rich Umami taste but its lighter than Gyokuro. Tea plants have grown under shade for 10 days in early spring. The leaves are dark green and sweet aroma. I recommend cooling down the boiling water until 60℃ to enjoy amazing Umami (broth-like taste). However, I also like to steep with hotter water when I want to be refreshed!
