Organic Matcha made by Azuma-TeaFarm / directly covered / First harvest, 2023

Ceremonial grade

It is difficult to make matcha without pesticides in humid Japan. Organic tea fields are located at an altitude of 600m where fewer insects can live. Also, after the first harvest, the leaves are cut off to prevent insects from laying eggs. The owner has worked hard for a long time to make this quality. Healthy and tasty! Mild, smooth, and slightly bitter taste.  Pull-top container is available now!
